Secret to my cooking

I always get many questions on what, which recipes, and what ingredients, which brand that I used for my masak-masak.

 A matter of fact, I had never even scaled my ingredients (i have very serious problem with mathematics and following instructions). It is all about HEART, PASSION & SOUL. Paper wise, I am not even a Chef professionally (fingers crossed..one day). I am just a girl that have grown up to be mother..okay..straight to the point an Auntie that loves to cook and experiment on food..It is just so magical...like some witches pouring so many different types of potions into boiling pot on red fired stove (minus the frogs, spiders etc). ehhehhehehe


 Of course I do read alot of recipES, cooking books and even youtube for techniques that i will later evolve to suit my style. ( i don't have Astro at home, I don't get the luxury of watching AFC, etc..Jamie Oliver, Nigella, etc). I watch Chef Wan, Chef Amy & other local masak-masak show when I was a little girl.

 I am grateful to be blessed with very sensitive taste buds and has high instinct on food...I can feel if the food is cook just bluntly, and was cooked because it need to be cooked (the food talk to me, u know)...hahaha just joking..but i do feel them.
